We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for some reason it is not suitable or you have simply changed your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods that you intend to return the item(s) please email

You have 30 days in total to return the item(s) to us. If 30 days has lapsed, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Returning Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any labels fully attached.

Please complete the returns form which is included with your purchase and return to the address stated on the form. Please ensure order number is on returns form.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was faulty and you have sent us proof of postage costs when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. Otherwise, the refund will be excluding any postage or return postage costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please ensure you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or have not followed the recommended returns instructions.

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your item(s) are incorrect faulty or damaged please contact us by email within 72 hours of receipt of goods. We may ask for images of the item(s)


All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer.

Your bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns Policy – Click and Collect

You can post back your item (s) or return them to our store with your order number and returns form. This will then be processed by our online returns team. Once your return has been authorised you will be refunded through our usual online refund policy.

Please note that refunds cannot be given in store for goods purchased online.

Exceptions to Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons you cannot return Earring for pierced ears or unsealed beauty products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
